Clarity starts with conversation — let’s connect.
Who I Help
I partner with construction professionals at every stage of their career and at every level of the industry. Whether you’re an owner shaping company direction, a manager driving operations, or a crew member building your skills, I meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be.
Executives & Owners — Align leadership vision with modern strategies and measurable results.
Project Managers & Foremen — Streamline communication, scheduling, and team performance.
Field Crews & Apprentices — Build technical skills, confidence, and career growth potential.
Companies in Transition — Navigate change with clarity, efficiency, and a people-first approach.
How I Work
I work side-by-side with people at every level of the construction industry — from the boardroom to the jobsite — because lasting change happens when everyone understands the plan and has the tools to succeed. Whether I’m coaching a CEO on strategic clarity, helping a foreman improve crew coordination, or guiding an apprentice on career development, my approach stays consistent:
Listen First - Understand your challenges, goals, and environment from your perspective.
Identify The Gaps - Pinpoint where clarity, communication, and efficiency can improve — whether that’s in leadership, workflows, or skills.
Build the Plan - Create actionable steps tailored to your role and team dynamic.
Stay Involved - Support you and your team during implementation, on-site or remotely.
Measure & Adjust - Review progress together and adapt to keep growth moving.
Why It Works/Why Me
I’ve been exactly where you are — and where you want to go. I’ve worked as an apprentice learning the ropes, a foreman leading crews, and now as a project manager guiding multiple multi-million-dollar jobs at the same time. I understand the pressure, the deadlines, and the need for both skill and teamwork at every level. What sets me apart is that I speak both languages — the hands-on, boots-on-the-ground reality of field work and the big-picture strategy of leadership and business growth. That means I can bridge gaps between crews, managers, and executives to get everyone moving in the same direction.
What I bring to the table:
15+ years in the electrical trade — from schooling, fieldwork, to leadership.
Proven success managing projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and public sectors.
Deep understanding of code compliance, efficiency, teamwork, and modern construction technology.
A mentorship style built on honesty, patience, and actionable feedback.
An unwavering desire to grow, succeed, and achieve more than I ever had and help those around me prosper.
Who I Am
I’m Adam Eidson — founder of Eidson Consulting, electrician turned project manager, and a lifelong believer that clarity is kind.My journey in the trades started early — attending trade school while still in high school, earning honors and making the Dean’s Honor Roll. That foundation gave me not only technical skill but also the discipline and work ethic that have shaped my career.I spent over a decade in the field, starting as an apprentice and working my way up to foreman, learning the craft, the grind, and the culture of the trades from the ground up. I’ve worked in Kansas, Missouri, and California, gaining perspective on different markets, codes, and ways of doing business. I know how tough it can be — how isolating and frustrating it is to be left without the right information, the right tools, or the right materials. I’ve been there, and I strive to fix that for the people and companies I work with.Today, I manage several multi-million-dollar electrical projects at once and also act as the prime contractor on encompassing projects that require coordinating multiple trades. My experience bridges both worlds — the boots-on-the-ground reality of the jobsite and the big-picture strategy of running a business. I’ve seen how poor communication, outdated processes, and ego can sink a project, and I’ve built my career on fixing those problems.I work with everyone in the construction chain — CEOs and executives, project managers, field foremen, and apprentices — because real change happens when the entire team is on the same page. My approach is direct but never judgmental, blending modern technology, proven leadership principles, and practical field knowledge to make teams more efficient, connected, and confident. This isn’t just consulting for me — it’s personal. I’ve lived the challenges, I’ve made the mistakes, and I’ve seen what works. My mission is to help people and companies cut through the noise, work smarter, and grow stronger together.
Clarity is Kind — and it’s the foundation for every successful project, every strong team, and every career worth building.
